Dr. Samuels received his medical degree from the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York City. After an internal medicine internship and residency at the L.A. County Harbor-UCLA Medical Center, where he also served as chief resident in medicine, he completed cardiology and interventional cardiology fellowships at Cedars Sinai Medical Center. He has participated in a wide variety of interventional and non-interventional clinical trials, and as a sought after speaker in the community. He is a recognized expert in general clinical, consultative and interventional cardiology. He is also the proud father of three sons.
