This study is designed to evaluate and confirm that there are no changes in neurocognitive function [memory and thinking] when patients with coronary artery disease are treated with a PCSK9 medicine to achieve low cholesterol values [<90 ml/dl]. PCSK9 treatment enhances and corrects the liver’s ability to metabolize cholesterol naturally.
