Cardiovascular Research Foundation of Southern California
HOPE FOR HEARTS KICKOFF RESOUNDING SUCCESS
The Cardiovascular Research Foundation of Southern California hosted more than 100 guests for the Hope for Hearts inaugural event, Thursday evening, Feb. 26, 2009 at the Four Seasons Hotel.
Hope for Hearts is a support arm of the Cardiovascular Research Foundation. Guests were treated to a very informative educational seminar that gave participants hope and excitement for the new
research underway at the Foundation that is exploring the link between diabetes in adolescents and young adults to early-onset and discoverable cardiovascular disease.
The Foundation, founded in 2007, is a non-profit charitable organization committed to supporting innovative research and education for the advancement of the diagnosis and treatment of
cardiovascular disease. Hope for Hearts members support the Foundation financially, and receive ongoing special cardiovascular disease education and other activities. Its purpose is to
help fund vital research and educational activities.
